We had regular communications with Alexander, PM, and Angela, designer, from the beginning and they kept us informed and updated on what was going on and what to expect next. A lot of decisions needed to be made in a short period of time, and they helped us through one step at a time.
Our project included a full kitchen renovation, new piping, new HVAC, and an addition above the garage with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an office space. The estimate for completion was 4 months, but the team finished EARLY! Alexander kept the project on track and contractors were working in lockstep almost every day onsite.
As with any renovation, we ran into some unexpected issues. Ben and the team kept everything clear with open pricing and change orders and worked with us to keep everything as budget friendly as possible while keeping high quality.
We give a big thanks to the whole Spindle & Oak team, and we would absolutely use them again for any other project.
