THINGS WE CARE ABOUT…

We Are Passionate About Supporting Those Doing Great Things

We all wish that we could have a huge impact on the world through our life’s work, but sometimes it doesn’t feel like we make any difference at all… but we can always help those who are on the frontlines of the issues that tug on our heart. We are helping to fight the effects of cancer on families, providing clean water to a villages for the first time and doing what we can to stop human trafficking. At Spindle & Oak, we give a portion of our profit to our partners listed below, and occasionally have the opportunity to host fundraisers to support their efforts.

This year in the United States, more than 15,000 families will hear the dreadful news that their child has been diagnosed with cancer. Because of these realities and so many more, the family unit bears unimaginable weight and is exposed to profound risk. That’s just not going to work for us.

Lighthouse Family Retreat is a faith-based non-profit that exists to strengthen every family living through childhood cancer. We host restorative retreats and develop valuable resources so that families and their support systems can find hope in God and help in their fight.

WILDSONS is dedicated to giving men their whole heart back. We fight to awaken, restore, and initiate men and through them bring restoration and freedom to families and communities around the world. We promote the message of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ and his power to restore the human heart and set it free to live in union with God, transforming men and women into who He created them to be.

Radical Mentoring is an easy-to-follow mentoring process to equip men to intentionally live out their faith at work, at home, and in life. It equips men to develop authentic relationships and overcome the issues holding them back from living “life to the full.” Ben Walker, our founder, is a graduate of Regi Campbell’s 13th group, and loves to lead groups of men through the experience.

This is our church home, which we love. Our mission is simple because we believe Jesus made it simple. We’re on a mission to love where we live. Life is important. Family is everything. Unfortunately, they don’t come with instructions. It’s not always easy to make the decisions of the moment or chart the course for the future. We want to help make these next years the best years yet. We all need a community that loves us and a God who believes in us. We’d like to help you find both. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors the sacrifice of all military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country. Since 9/11, they have been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building custom-designed smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. They are committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and aiding the victims of major U.S. disasters.
